1. General
Alexander Aleksandrovich Chigrinov, a self-employed individual registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan (the Contractor), offers individuals and organizations (the Customer) the services described here. Payment of an invoice or written confirmation of an agreed statement of work constitutes acceptance. The individual statement of work, estimate and schedule prevail over this offer.
2. Services and deliverables
Services may include software development, web and graphic design, multimedia production, integrations and automation. Scope, stages, acceptance criteria and deliverables are recorded in the statement of work or proposal.
3. Fees and payment
Fees are agreed in USD and paid by bank transfer in the currency and manner stated in the invoice. Any UZS estimate is informational and uses the Central Bank of Uzbekistan rate.
Unless otherwise agreed, 50% is due before work starts and 50% when the deliverable is ready. Milestone projects are paid by milestones.
4. Acceptance and changes
The schedule starts after the advance and required materials are received. The Customer has 5 business days to provide a reasoned defect list. Additional scope requires a separate estimate.
5. Cancellation and refund
On written cancellation, the unused advance is refunded proportionally after deducting completed work and documented costs. Paid work created by the termination date is delivered to the Customer.
6. Rights and warranty
Rights to custom, fully paid deliverables transfer after full payment unless agreed otherwise. Third-party components remain subject to their licenses. Reproducible defects within agreed scope are corrected without charge for 30 calendar days after acceptance.
7. Law and disputes
The laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan apply. The parties first exchange a written claim with 10 days to respond; unresolved disputes go to a competent court in Tashkent.
